The Western NY Conference is a geographic region of play within the Metro East Region. It's geographic scope contains Eastern Ontario and the following NY counties:

Allegany, Broome, Cattaraugus, Cayuga, Chautauqua, Chemung, Chenago, Cortland, Delaware, Erie, Genesee, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Livingston, Madison, Monroe, Niagara, Oneida, Onondaga, Ontario, Orleans, Oswego, Otsego, Schuyer, Seneca, St. Lawrence, Steuben, Tioga, Tompkins, Wayne, Wyoming and Yates
In the 2016 College Season, this conference contained 36 teams, with the following breakdown: 11 Men's D-I, 10 Men's D-III, 8 Women's D-I and 7 Women's D-III.
