Adams, Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Bedford, Blair, Butler, Cambria, Cameron, Centre, Clarion, Clearfield, Clinton, Crawford, Cumberland, Elk, Erie, Fayette, Forest, Franklin, Fulton, Greene, Huntingdon, Indiana, Jefferson, Juniata, Lawrence, Lycoming, McKean, Mercer, Mifflin, Perry, Potter, Snyder, Somerset, Tioga, Union, Venango, Warren, Washington and WestmorelandIn the 2016 College Season, this conference contained 14 teams, with the following breakdown: 7 Men's D-I, and 7 Men's D-III.
