The Northeast Region is one of eight geographic regions of play in the USA Ultimate Club Division. It's geographic scope contains Connecticut, Main, Massachusetts, New York, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario (lower) and Quebec.

The Northeast Region is split into 4 separate sections, each containing all three divisions of play; Men's, Mixed, and Women's. The section names and their geographical scopes are as follows:
- Eastern Northeast
- Eastern Massachusetts (Barnstable, Bristol, Dukes, Essex, Middlesex, Nantucket, Norfolk, Plymouth, Suffolk, Worcester counties), Eastern New Hampshire (Hillsborough, Rockingham, Strafford counties), Main, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Rhode Island, Prince Edward Island
