The Metro East Conference is a geographic region of play over the entirety of the Metro East Region. It is a Developmental conference within the Metro East which is meant for second and third teams of schools.

In the 2016 College Season, this conference contained 11 teams with the following breakdown: 7 Men's and 4 Women's.
