The Metro Boston Conference is a geographic region of play within the New England Region. It's geographic scope contains the following Massachusetts counties:

Barnstable, Bristol, Dukes, Essex, Middlesex, Nantucket, Norfolk, Plymouth, Suffolk
In the 2016 College Season, this conference contained 35 teams, with the following breakdown: 8 Men's D-I, 6 Women's D-I, 7 Men's D-III, 4 Women's D-III and 10 Men's Developmental
